The processes that turn interest into revenue, built to survive contact with reality.
Quote-to-cash on Salesforce. Marketing automation and lead operations. A managed service for estates that already exist. And lead capture designed for buyers who send an agent before they send a person.
What we do
Accelerated managed services
For teams who already own the platform and are not getting enough back.
Organisations with a live Salesforce estate, a backlog that never shortens, and a widening gap between what was configured and what the business now does.
Accelerated managed services →Lead capture for the agent era
Your next buyer sends an agent first. Most funnels record that as bot traffic.
Companies who have noticed AI assistants appearing in their referral data, or suspect they are being shortlisted in conversations they never see.
Lead capture for the agent era →Quote-to-cash implementation
From configured quote to recognised revenue, on Salesforce.
Companies standing up quote-to-cash for the first time, replacing a legacy CPQ, or moving billing onto Salesforce from a separate system.
Quote-to-cash implementation →Marketing automation & lead operations
Everything between a first touch and a qualified opportunity.
Teams where leads arrive but stall — sitting in a queue, routed to the wrong owner, scored by rules nobody trusts, or duplicated across three systems.
Marketing automation & lead operations →Revenue process fails in the same few places
Rarely on the happy path. It fails at the first amendment, the first co-terminus renewal, the lead that sat unrouted for four days, the invoice finance cannot tie back to what was sold. Those cases are cheap to design for and expensive to retrofit, so we start there.
- Pricing models that hold once discounting starts
- Leads routed and answered before they go cold
- Amendments and renewals that do not mean rebuilding the deal
- Revenue that reconciles without a spreadsheet in the middle
Our own view
Buyers are starting to send an agent first
An assistant reads your pricing, compares you against three others and reports back — often before any person visits your site. Most funnels record that as bot traffic and delete it, then treat the human who arrives afterwards as a stranger with no history.
We think the agent and the person it works for are one buying party, and that a funnel should be able to say so. We run that model on our own lead capture before recommending it to anyone.
Questions we get asked
Do you only work on Salesforce?
Salesforce is the centre of the work, but revenue process always crosses into marketing automation, ERP, tax, payments and provisioning. We work across that boundary rather than stopping at it.
We already have a partner. Why talk to you?
Usually because implementation finished and nothing has meaningfully improved since. The managed service exists for that gap.
What is the agent-era work actually about?
AI assistants now research and shortlist vendors before a person visits your site. Most analytics records that as bot traffic and discards it. We treat the agent and the person it works for as one buying party, so the research they did counts as part of the journey.
How does an engagement start?
A short scoping conversation, then a fixed-scope assessment of the current state before anyone proposes a build.
Can you take over an implementation already in flight?
Yes, and it is common. The first step is an honest read of what is built against what was designed.
Start with a scoping conversation
Thirty minutes, no deck. If it is not a fit we will say so — and usually say who is.
